  • Declaratory judgment suits
  • Child support enforcement
  • Conservatorship/Guardianship

Various other types of suits relating to condemnation, tax disputes, special remedies, election contests, etc.

 

The Clerk & Master’s office collects all delinquent taxes for Putnam County and holds delinquent tax sales for unpaid property taxes.

The Clerk & Master’s office prepares, issues and keeps records of the Chancery Court, as well as upholding the local rules of the Chancery Court, the statutes of the State of Tennessee and the Constitution of the United States of America.
