Rental Fee Schedule
Event Area
Main Area - includes grandstands (outside), restrooms (outside) - $300 per day
Midway Area - includes restrooms (outside), Use West Gate Only - $300 per day
East Arena - includes restrooms under north grandstands, Use North Gate Only - $150 per day
Music Barn - includes restrooms (outside), Use South Gate Only - $350 per day
Concert Stage - includes arena area, grandstands and restrooms - $500 per day
North Exhibit Hall - inside restrooms - $300 per day
South Exhibit Hall - inside restrooms - $300 per day
East Exhibit Hall - inside restrooms - $300 per day
Concession Stands - each individually - $50 per day
Concession Stands - all stands - $250 per day
Entire property - all of the above - $1,000 per day
Motorcycle Races - $2,000 per day
Fees
Utility Fees - Day use only (no campers, no outside light on) - $50 per day
Utility Fees - Day and Night use - ****$150 to $300
Clean up Fee - Deposit (forfeited if trash not removed and grounds cleaned up) - $250 per day
Renters will be responsible for any damage done to the facility.
** Local Non-Profit Agencies with 501 C-3 Status receive 50% discount
*** Other Local Municapalites receive 50% discount, unless joint function with Putnam County
**** Utility Fee will be based on the expected amount of usage for that day
