911 Director

Penny began her career in Public Safety with Putnam County EMS as an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) in 1992. She was licensed as a Paramedic in 1993. Penny also worked part-time as a 911 Dispatcher while at PCEMS, and became a full-time Dispatcher in 2002.

 

Penny was appointed as a 911 Assistant Director in September, 2014. She was named as the Director in April, 2019.

 

Penny is from White County. She currently lives in Cookeville. She and her husband have two sons.
