**Flood Watch until February 16, 12:00 PM CST**
The National Weather Service has placed Putnam County in a Slight Risk (level 2/5) for severe thunderstorms to develop this Saturday afternoon and tonight. This risk for for severe thunderstorms has increased since the last forcast with an increase for the potential of wind gusts. All modes of severe weather are possible (damaging winds, flooding, hail, and tornadoes).
Forcasted rainfall has increased compared to the previous forcast and the highest amounts of rainfall has shifted slightly southeast.
