The National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has issued a Slight Risk (level 2/5) for severe thunderstorms today Saturday March 7th.
A line of showers and thunderstorms will push through our area into the early evening. Some of the storms could become severe with strong winds being the primary threat. There is a very low tornado threat. Heavy rain can also be expected with any thunderstorms.
