County Clerk

I was first elected County Clerk and took office in September 2002.  I am honored to be serving in my 6th term in office having just been re-elected in September 2022.  I am a Certified County Finance Officer and Certified Public Administrator.  I am a member of Cookeville Noonday Rotary Club, serve on the board of directors of Poplar Grove Community Center, emcee and volunteer with various community projects, and a graduate of Leadership Putnam.   I travel and play the organ for Tennessee walking horse shows and have been a church pianist for over 50 years. My wife of over 40 years is Jan and we have one son Blake.
